Macon is an artist and letterpress printer; she is self-employed through her small artisan business, Cotton Blossom Press, LLC. She creates cheerful letterpress paper goods, including greeting cards, stationery sets, art prints, and calendars. Macon resides in Hendersonville with her husband, Luke, where they enjoy gardening, homesteading projects, fermenting, cooking from scratch, and creating herbal medicine. Beyond projects at home, they enjoy backpacking in the region and completed a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail in 2012. They are excited about their first attempt to grow shiitake mushrooms this fall! She joined the board in December 2018.
